Woman Charged In Connection To Fatal Hudson Valley Crash A 41-year-old woman has been charged with felony manslaughter and other charges in the death of a man killed when she crossed into the wrong lane on a busy Hudson Valley roadway. The crash happened in Rockland County Saturday, Jan. 28 around 10 a.m. in the town of Ramapo at the intersection of Airmont Road and Route 59.
