Michael Vazquez, of Yorktown, was arrested around 2:40 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 18, after he was spotted driving erratically by an off duty officer who reported the incident, the Yorktown Police said. During the stop on East Main Street, an investigation revealed Vazquez was allegedly driving under the influence of drugs, police said.
