Authorities and elected officials are calling for the closure of a Northern Westchester residential treatment center for emotionally troubled children because of unsafe conditions, including nearly 250 missing person incidents in six months. Some Migrant Kids Separated From Parents In Westchester, Cuomo Says
Some migrant children who were separated from their parents at the border of the United States and Mexico are being housed in shelters in Westchester County, according to New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo. “We have about 10 facilities in this state. We haven’t spoken with all of them.
