New Update - Westchester Crash: 20-Year-Old Dead, 18-Year-Old In Serious Condition This story has been updated: A 20-year-old Westchester County man is dead and an 18-year-old male is in stable condition following a single-car crash that ended with the vehicle slamming into the side of a building. The crash took place around 11:40 p.m., Monday, July 3 at 1420 West Boston Post Road in the town of Mamaroneck.
