John Gotti Jr.’s wife and daughter will avoid criminal charges in connection with a fight at a youth basketball game on Long Island. A Nassau County judge cited “procedural grounds” for dismissing the misdemeanor assault charges against Kimberly Gotti, age 55, and Gianna Gotti, age 23, on Tuesday, Oct. 1. “We await the judge’s written decision and will review our options,” a spokesperson for the DA’s office told Daily Voice. A Connecticut man faces drunk driving charges after being involved in a head-on collision involving two cars in the Hudson Valley, according to authorities. The accident happened in Putnam County on Saturday, March 4, when police in Mahopac responded to the area of Union Valley Road and Shindagen Hill Road for a reported head-on crash. Westchester Man Charged With DWI After Crashing Into Hedges, Tree, Police Say
A 21-year-old driver was taken into custody after crashing onto a property in Westchester while allegedly drunk, police said. Officers from the Scarsdale Police Department responded to an Aulenrieth Road residence shortly after 1 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24, when a resident reported that there had been a loud crash and flashlights outside the home. A man is facing a misdemeanor charge after allegedly hurling insults and profanity at police officers responding to a Northern Westchester home to offer assistance to a resident. Shortly before 9:15 p.m. on March 17, officers from the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to a Gomer Street residence, where a local homeowner had requested police assistance.
