Mohegan Lake Man Punches Victim In Mouth At Gas Station, Police Say An incident at a Shrub Oak gas station led to a fight between two men, one of whom is facing an assault charge after punching his victim in the face, according to police. Officers from the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched shortly before 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 2 to the Shell Gas Station on Main Street, where there was a report of an altercation in progress.
