The incident began in Mount Kisco when the Westchester County Police's Real Time Crime Center broadcast an alert that a vehicle wanted by the NYPD was operating on the Saw Mill River Parkway in Mount Kisco around 4 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 6. Police: Drunk Driver Stole Running Pickup Truck Outside Mount Kisco House An allegedly drunk driver in a stolen pickup took Westchester County Police officers on a short chase as he attempted to evade arrest in Mount Kisco. Officers were dispatched to Spring Street at approximately 5 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 13, where there was a report of a stolen truck. While responding, they spotted the Chevrolet Colorado traveling on Main Street. The officers made a U-turn to follow the vehicle, which turned onto Kirby Plaza and South Moger before speeding away.
