Part Of Route 120 To Close For More Than Month In Chappaqua Commuters in Northern Westchester are being warned to take detours to avoid an upcoming road closure that will affect a busy state route for more than a month.  Beginning on Wednesday, July 5 at 10 a.m., State Route 120 (Quaker Road) will close in both directions between Kipp Street and Spring Lane in Chappaqua, the New York State Department of Transportation announced.
