New York lawmakers are considering legislation that would force internet providers to compensate customers for service outages. $62.5 Million In Settlement Credits Start For Spectrum Customers In New York
Charter Communications and Spectrum Management have started to issue credits to New York consumers as part of its record-setting consumer fraud settlement that was reached last year.
