Wanted Fugitive Indicted For Killing, Burning Pet Dog In Westchester A 33-year-old fugitive has been indicted for his role in killing a dog whose remains were discovered burned in a backyard last month, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr., announced. Ian De Los Reyes was arraigned on Monday, Aug. 12 and charged with aggravated cruelty to animals and tampering with physical evidence, both suspects.
