State Police Searching For Owner Of 'Simulation Doll' State Police are attempting to locate the owner of a "simulation doll" found along a roadside. “Noelle,” a maternal and neonatal birthing simulation doll, was found on Hollow Road in the town of Clinton at 8 a.m., on Sunday, March 8, state police in Poughkeepsie said. Anyone with information regarding the owner of the medical training equipment is asked to contact the State Police at (845) 677-7347.

Eight Northern Westchester Residents Charged With DWI In Thanksgiving Details New York State Police troopers busted more than two dozen motorists who were allegedly driving while impaired over the Thanksgiving holiday in the area. The local residents charged were: Westchester County On Wednesday, Nov. 21, State Police troopers from Somers arrested James G. Donofrio, 51, of North Castle, for DWI. He was traveling on I-684 in North Castle, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested.
