Man Uses Vehicle To Strike Victim In Northern Westchester Domestic Incident, Police Say A 40-year-old man is behind bars after state police say he menaced two victims and used his vehicle to strike one of them in a Northern Westchester domestic incident. Troopers responded to a domestic incident on Grandview Road in Lewisboro on Friday, Jan. 18. An investigation revealed Neil C. Smith of Lewisboro arrived unwelcomed at the victim’s residence and is alleged to have menaced the two, used his vehicle to strike one victim, causing non-life-threatening injuries, damaged property belonging to a victim, according to state police.
