Covid-19: NY Launches College Scholarship Raffle For Vaccinated Teens In an effort to get more youths to get the COVID-19 vaccine, New York is introducing a new “Get a Shot To Make Your Future” program that could land them a full college scholarship. Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced on Wednesday, May 26 that the state will be raffling off scholarships to New Yorkers between the ages of 12 and 17 who go out and get a COVID-19 vaccine in the coming weeks.
