Man Driving Drunk Resists Arrest, Bites Officer In Area A 28-year-old man is behind bars after he punched and bit an area police officer and injured another. Rony Ariel Ramos-Perez of Wappingers Falls was arrested for aggravated DWI, felony assault, resisting arrest, and other charges, around 10 p.m. Saturday, May 19, following a traffic stop, said Town of Poughkeepsie Capt.
