Teen, 21-Year-Old Charged In July 4th Burglary Of Area Deli A teen from the area and a 21-year-old man have been arrested and charged in connection with a July 4th burglary at an area delicatessen. At approximately 1:35 a.m., Putnam County sheriff deputies responded to a burglary alarm at the Border-Line Deli, located at 182 Fairfield Drive in Patterson.  Upon arrival, Deputy Vincent Dalo observed that the store’s front door and window had been broken and the business had indeed been burglarized.
