The crash, at 538 Millwood Road, in New Castle, took place around 11:06 a.m., Tuesday, May 11, has closed one lane of the roadway, said the New Castle Police. The lane of Milwood Road is closed between Hogh Meadow Road and Longview Lane in order for Con Ed workers to repair or replace the utility police, police said.
