A Westchester man has been charged after police say he left his three children alone in the car while working in Fairfield County. Darien Police say they responded to Kensett Lane on a report of a car idling in a parking lot for two hours with children inside on Tuesday, July 23 around 12:45 p.m. Officers arrived, interviewed the children, ages 8, 4 and 4, and learned that their father was allegedly working in the area.
