Event To Cause Parking Restrictions At Chappaqua Train Station Metro-North commuters are being warned of an upcoming event that will cause parking restrictions at a train station in Northern Westchester. The majority of parking lot "B" at the Chappaqua train station will be blocked off beginning on Thursday, Sept. 28 at 8 p.m. and lasting until Saturday, Sept. 30 at 6 p.m., according to the New Castle Police Department.
