IDs Released Of 2 Men, 2 Women Killed In Wrong-Way I-95 Crash
The identities have been released of two men and two women all in their 20s who were killed in a horrific wrong-way crash on a stretch of I-95 in Connecticut. It happened at around 1:25 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 25 in New Haven County on the southbound side when a Chevrolet Silverado was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes in West Haven, Connecticut State Police said. One person was killed in a wrong-way, midday crash in the Hudson Valley. It happened around 11:45 a.m. Friday, June 2 in Orange County on I-84 westbound near mile post marker 11 in the town of Wawayanda. 2-Car Collision Shuts Down Busy Hudson Valley Road, Drivers Walk Away Unharmed
A busy Hudson Valley road was temporarily shut down as firefighters responded to a two-car collision that luckily left the occupants without serious injuries. On Saturday, Dec. 17 around 7 p.m., fire officials and police in Putnam County responded to the accident in Mahopac at the intersection of Route 6N and Secor Road, according to the Mahopac Falls Volunteer Fire Department. 10-Year-Old Struck By Car Outside Store In Hudson Valley
A 10-year-old was injured after being hit by a car near a popular Hudson Valley store. The incident took place in Orange County around 1 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 6 near the TJ Maxx store at 88 Dunning Road in Wallkill. When Wallkill police arrived on the scene they found a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with two occupants, had struck an adult and a child, said Wallkill Deputy Chief of Police Antonino Spano. This story has been updated. One person was killed and another seriously injured during a head-on crash in the Hudson Valley. The crash took place in Dutchess County around 5:50 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 7, on Route 44 in Pleasant Valley. Troopers responded to Route 44 near Brown Road for a report of a head-on collision.
