27-Year-Old Charged With Burglarizing Homes In Briarcliff Manor, Police Say A 27-year-old man has been nabbed for burglarizing two homes in Northern Westchester, police said.  The man, whose name was not released, was charged with burglarizing two homes in Briarcliff Manor on Saturday, Aug. 5, the village's police department announced on Tuesday, Aug. 29.  The suspect, who is from the Bronx, was charged with two counts of second-degree burglary in addition to other charges, police said.  The investigation into the burglaries is still ongoing, and more arrests may be made, authorities added.  The Harrison, New York City, and Westchester County …

2 Cruisers Struck By Speeding Vehicle During Pursuit In Briarcliff Manor, Police Say Two police cruisers were struck by a vehicle during a high-speed chase on a busy road in Northern Westchester, authorities said.  The incident happened on Wednesday afternoon, April 19 in Briarcliff Manor, when police tried to stop a speeding vehicle on Route 9A northbound. When the vehicle did not stop, a brief chase then started.
