Spray Paint Theft Suspect Nabbed For Earlier Route 6 Graffiti Tagging A 24-year-old man arrested for allegedly stealing 16 cans of spray paint, was later arrested for an earlier graffiti tagging of a Route 6 sound barrier. Daniel Vines-Mevec, of Buchanan, was arrested on Monday, July 15, after Yorktown Police responded to A.C.Moore Arts & Crafts at 3333 Crompond Road, for a report of the theft of 16 cans of spray paint worth $120 by two people, said the Yorktown Police.
