WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - It took nearly two hours for M=multiple agencies to contain a house fire in Chappaqua that went from two alarms to three alarms.
Fire crews from Chappaqua and Pleasantville were dispatched to Leroy Road at approximately 4 p.m. on Wednesday, following reports of a fire at the six-bedroom home.
According to multiple reports, first responders had difficulty locating a water source near the structure and had to set up a pumper relay. The fire reportedly spread through the structure and flames were visible through the roof.
It was not immediately clear if there were any injuries or how much damage was sustained to the house.
