CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- Friends and supporters of Hillary Clinton will organize events on Election Day and night in Chappaqua as they anxiously await results.

The small town will celebrate their hometown presidential favorite in support of community member Hillary Rodham Clinton.

It could be a historical day in the Westchester community that is hoping to become home to the first female president of the United States of America – and also the first town with two resident Presidents.

"We have been working hard for Hillary every single day since she first announced her intention to run – and we are planning to celebrate this day all day long into the night, when we will hopefully be drinking champagne to celebrate our nation's first woman president Hillary Rodham Clinton," said Dawn Greenberg, Chappaqua Friends of Hillary.

The grass roots organization she started back in April 2015 -- Chappaqua Friends of Hillary -- will be based all day at Chappaqua Station, a neighborhood hot spot located at the Chappaqua train station. There will be organized activities for kids and adults, including a pantsuit flash mob, special Election Day food and beverage options offered by Chappaqua Station, as well as music provided by DJ Catch1 and the Mike Risko Band.

"In keeping with our desire to be a hub for the community we are happy to be a part of this Election Day celebration," said Erin Chase, owner of Chappaqua Station. "We look forward to welcoming all of our friends and neighbors to the Station."

Beginning at 7 p.m., a party organized by Chappaqua Friends of Hillary, will be held at Crabtree's Kittle House restaurant, which is often the setting for Hillary Clinton's TV interviews and where she appeared at the Democratic Convention via satellite to accept the presidential nomination. Tickets went on sale last month online and immediately sold out, with 290 guests now holding tickets and set to attend. There is a long wait-list of those who hope to make it into the event.

"The Kittle House has been like a second home to Bill and Hillary Clinton -- and many of their important and momentous occasions have been celebrated here since they first moved to Chappaqua," says John Crabtree, owner. "We are looking forward to a big night and a beautiful celebration for Hillary's most loyal supporters."
