New Castle Town Clerk Jill Shapiro sent out a press release Tuesday notifying the public that Wednesday mornings New Castle Town Board Work Session has been moved up from its original 7:45 start time.
The session, which is being held to conduct budget discussions, will now begin a half-hour earlier at 7:15 a.m. It will be held in Conference Rooms A & B at Town Hall.
