Chappaqua Says Farewell To Summer With Dance Party

CHAPPAQUA, N.Y.-- The Chappaqua Children’s Book Festival will hold an end of summer celebration on Aug. 29 with a dance at the gazebo on the rec field from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Hopeton, the popular DJ from Club Fit, will play music for all ages.

In addition, The CCBF will sell cold drinks and confections as well as offer temporary hair color and glow sticks.

The admission charge of $10 per family or $5 per single will go to the Chappaqua Volunteer Ambulance Corps and the Chappaqua Fire Department.
