WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- New Castle resident, celebrity chef and girlfriend of Gov. Andrew Cuomo, Sandra Lee announced she will undergo double a double mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer, according to People Magazine.
