Friday, April 26

Robert the Guitar Guy: 11 a.m. Join Robert Markowitz and his guitar for some Friday morning tunes. North Castle Public Library, 19 Whippoorwill Road East, Armonk.

Chappaqua School Foundation: 7 p.m. The 19th annual spring benefit will include cocktails, a buffet dinner, a silent auction, grants showcase and a raffle. Dress is casual. Tickets are still available. Tump National Golf Club, 339 Pine Road, Briarcliff Manor.

First Anniversary of WeeZee World: 6 p.m. 

Saturday, April 27

Chappaqua Little League Parade: 8 a.m. The parade forms up at King and Senter streets and will be followed by a skills competition for fourth and fifth graders at 8:45 a.m.

Mount Kisco Little League Parade: 10 a.m. to Noon. The Mount Kisco Little League opening day parade will begin at the Old Mount Post Office on Main St. and travel down Main St. to Dave Feldman Memorial Field where ceremonies will be held. Old Mount Kisco Post Office, Main Street, Mount Kisco.

Bedford Hills Katonah Little League Opening Day: 9 a.m. Head to the Bedford Hills Katonah Little League fields for the TBall season opener.

Chappaqua Rotary Club Pancake Breakfast: 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Chappaqua Rotary will dish out its pancakes, sausage, bacon, O.J. and coffee in the church hall at St. Mary the Virgin, between Robert E. Bell Middle School and the library. $7 for adults and $4 for seniors and children.

Chappaqua Townwide Clean Up Day: Bart Carey, New Castle's Recycling Foreman, and the Beautification Advisory Board are working on specific areas in town that need attention. They’ll concentrate on the Duck Pond near the pedestrian bridge, Briarcliff Road near Hardscrabble (there is a lot of Sandy-related brush to remove from there), the South parking, the Gazebo by the Gas Station there is a large dead tree that needs to be taken care of, and on Inningwood there is Sandy-related debris that needs to be removed and has been reported by the Millwood Task Force. Volunteering their services for the day are Almstead, Hudson Landscaping, Save a Tree and Westchester Tree Life.

Learn Tai Chi in 2013: 10:30 a.m. Make tai chi your new hobby in 2013 at the North Castle Public Library with certified Feldenkrais movement and tai chi instructor Lawrence Attile. 19 Whippoorwill Road East, Armonk.

Chappaqua Farmer's Market: 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Pick up farm fresh produce, meats, fish, cheese, breads and prepared food. Until the weather warms up, vendors and customers will gather at St. Mary’s Church Chappaqua. 191 S. Greeley Ave.

Bedford Hills Katonah Little League Opening Day: 11 a.m. Head to the Bedford Hills Katonah Little League fields for AA, AAA and Majors season openers.

Learn and Play Mah Jongg: 1 to 2:30 p.m. For those who don’t know how to play Mah Jongg—or don’t even know what Mah Jongg is—this is your chance to find out. Held in the downstairs Children’s Room in the North Castle Public Library, 19 Whippoorwill Road East, Armonk.
