“We’ve begun a massive recruitment effort for the best of the best in the nation and the most talented pool of nurses, OTs, PTs, finance, IT and other administrative health care professionals who are looking for top-notch opportunities throughout the U.S.,” said President/CEO Louise Weadock. “Our goal is to enhance our ability to expand the niche programs for which we have successfully built our health care infrastructure in New York City, New Jersey, and Maryland."

Weadock, a registered nurse with a master's in public health from John Hopkins University's Bloomberg School of Public Health, founded ACCESS in 1985 using her last $5,000. Today, the company has an operating budget of $50 million, five city-center and seven hospital-based offices.

ACCESS Nursing Services features national and global clients, including celebrities and royalty and offers a "boutique" approach to providing health care personnel for institutional staffing, home care and case management transitional care program solutions. ACCESS places doctors, nurses, social workers, physical therapists and more onto assignments on a "moment's notice."
