Warburton Avenue in Yonkers was closed at approximately 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, July 30 between Lamartine Avenue and Ashburton Avenue, officials said, forcing a closure of the roadway.  There was also reported flooding in the area as the city fire department works at repairing the damage.
