New Details: 150 Starving Cats Seized After Man, Woman Found Dead In Westchester Home A seemingly endless amount of cats were seized from a Northern Westchester home after a man and woman were found dead by police during a welfare check.  Earlier Report - 2 Found Dead In Yorktown Home The cats were found on Monday, Jan. 30 around 9:50 p.m. when police performed a welfare check on a residence in Yorktown Heights located on the 100 block of Cordial Road and found the bodies of a man and woman who had died.  Police were initially not able to investigate the scene because of the large number of cats in the home. Residents Displaced After Fire Breaks Out At Apartment Complex In Westchester Numerous residents and animals had to evacuate an apartment complex in Westchester County after a fire broke out.  On Tuesday, Nov. 22 around 5:30 p.m., firefighters responded to an apartment complex in Harrison at 3 Calvert St. after its fire alarm went off and discovered a fire in the building, according to the Harrison Fire Department.  With the help of mutual aid from nearby fire departments, the blaze was put out, and residents were assisted out of the building along with their pets, fire officials said.  The American Red Cross was called to help the displaced residents…
