A former assistant varsity coach in Westchester has been sentenced for having sexual contact with a minor. Tyler Sick, the 30-year-old from Tarrytown who taught in New York City and acted as a wrestling coach at Edgemont High School, pleaded guilty in court on over the summer to two counts of rape after being accused of having sex with a teenage girl in Greenburgh in 2016. On Tuesday, Westchester District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr., announced that Sick has been sentenced to 10 years probation. A former assistant varsity wrestling coach in Westchester has pleaded guilty to two felony counts of rape. Tyler Sick, the 30-year-old Tarrytown man who taught in New York and acted as a coach at Edgemont High School, pleaded guilty in court on Tuesday after being accused of raping a teenage girl in Greenburgh in 2016. According to the complaint filed in Greenburgh Town Court, Sick had been involved with illegal sexual contact with a minor, which led to a joint police investigation.
