Man Caught Using Fake License To Try To Steal $7K From Northern Westchester Bank, Police Say A man already in custody at the Putnam County Jail is facing new charges after allegedly attempting to steal thousands of dollars from Key Bank in Northern Westchester. A Yorktown Police detective was dispatched to Key Bank in the Jefferson Valley Mall on May 2, to investigate an attempted larceny. Police said that the investigation determined that on April 28, Bronx resident Victor Reveron used a forged license while allegedly attempting to steal $7,000 from the bank.
