Man Caught With Large Amount Of PCP During Drug Bust At Westchester Home: Police A 45-year-old man was apprehended after a search of his Northern Westchester home resulted in the discovery of large amounts of drugs, police announced.  Yorktown resident Lamar Kingwood was arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 12 following a search of his residence, Yorktown Police said on Friday, Nov. 15.  According to the department, at 6 a.m. on the day of Kingwood's arrest, Yorktown officers as well as federal and local law enforcement executed a search warrant at his home at the Underhill Crossing apartments on Underhill Avenue.  Inside, investigators found a "large quantity" of …
