Sign Now Warns Truck Drivers Near King Street Overpass, Hit 14 Times This Year The state Department of Transportation met its promise to County Executive George Latimer this week to install "more dramatic and eye catching signs to warn truck drivers about the low bridges on the Hutchinson River Parkway," Latimer said on Tuesday, July 31. Latimer Calls For Action On Hutchinson River Parkway Bridge Strikes After yet another truck-bridge collision on the Hutchinson River Parkway at the King Street Bridge in Rye Brook, Westchester County Executive George Latimer has called on the state Department of Transportation, the Trucking Association of New York and Rye Brook Village Officials to come together and find a solution once and for all.
