Hudson Valley Woman Nabbed For Animal Abandonment Gets More Charges: Police A Hudson Valley woman convicted of abandoning dogs faces more charges for failing to update her information on an animal cruelty registry after moving, police announced. 19-Year-Old With 3 Active Warrants Steals $8K Of Products From Hudson Valley Store: Police A 19-year-old woman involved with an organized retail theft group faces a heap of charges after stealing around $8,000 worth of products from a Hudson Valley store with a young accomplice, police said.
