The announcement of the incident, which occurred on Friday, Feb. 1, was made on Thursday, Feb 7 by Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Donovan Jr. of Cobleskill, formerly of Somers, died unexpectedly on Saturday, Jan. 26 at the age of 23.  He was born in Carmel on May 31, 1995, the son of Michael Sr. and Sherri See Donovan and was a 2013 graduate of Somers High School. He went on to earn his Bachelor's degree at SUNY Cobleskill. Michael loved the outdoors, camping, riding his quad and spending time with his family on the weekends. Westchester Man, 23, Second Suspect Charged In Fatal Shooting A second man has been implicated in the fatal shooting of a man in Northern Westchester last month, authorities announced on Wednesday. Shrub Oak resident Sean Deleon, 23, was arrested by the Peekskill Police Department and charged with second-degree murder for his alleged role into the shooting of 22-year-old Khalil Lyons in Peekskill on July 13.  On July 27, a Peekskill teenager, Demetrius Bogan, 18, was also charged with murder following the three-week investigation.
