Mount Vernon Man Indicted For Murder, Manslaughter In Suspicious Death A 40-year-old man has been indicted for murder following the suspicious death of a man in Westchester this past March. Richard Vincent, of Mount Vernon, has been arraigned on charges that include second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter for his role in Mount Vernon resident Randy Street’s death, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced. On March 13, Street, 39, was found by a friend dead in a pool of blood in his basement apartment on South Sixth Avenue in Mount Vernon. An autopsy later confirmed that Street died from an incised knife wound to his neck.…

ID Released For Man Found Dead In Westchester Home Officials have released the identity of the 39-year-old man who was found dead inside his Westchester home earlier this week.
