ID Released For Victim In Fatal Westchester Construction Accident
The identity has been released of the worker who was killed outside a building in Westchester after being electrocuted when his cherry picker struck power lines, police said. Alejandro Manuel Caisaguano Pellisa, 26, of the Bronx, was working at a construction site at 164 Union Ave. in New Rochelle when the incident happened at around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12.
