Yorktown Police have cleared a 24-year-old driver of a speeding charge and another traffic infraction in a hit-and-run crash that killed a Mohegan Lake woman pending a subsequent investigation, authorities announced. In an announcement on Tuesday, Jan. 7, the Yorktown Police Department released the update on the investigation into a crash on Friday, Jan. 3 that killed 42-year-old Jennifer Proeschel of Mohegan Lake.
