The upcoming development, called The St. Clair, will be located in downtown Yonkers and will include 76 affordable apartments when it is completed, New York Gov. Nearly $400M In Residential Developments Proposed For Yonkers Projects A trio of developments have been approved by officials in Yonkers totaling nearly $400 million. The Yonkers Industrial Development Agency (IDA) approved resolutions that will provide financial incentives for three extensive residential projects in the city that represent an investment of an estimated $391 million. It is further estimated that the projects will create 1,300 construction jobs and add nearly 1,000 residential units in Yonkers.
