Covid-19: NY, NJ, CT Join New Multi-State Consortium For Medical Supplies On Day 64 of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the governors of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut announced the formation of a joint seven-state agreement to develop a regional supply chain for personal protective equipment, other medical equipment and testing. Other states involved in the initiative are Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Rhode Island.
