A 26-year-old man faces charges after allegedly causing a three-car crash while driving the wrong way on Interstate 84 in the Hudson Valley, hospitalizing three people, police said. A lane closure will impact traffic on a busy highway in the Hudson Valley for numerous days, officials are warning. Beginning on Sunday, May 21, one lane of Interstate 84 eastbound and westbound in Putnam County from Exit 58 (Ludingtonville Road) in Kent to the Connecticut state line will close, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.
