Vehicular Assault, DWI Charges For Man After New Rochelle Crash
The driver of a silver sedan driving drunk has been charged with vehicular assault after crashing into a taxi cab in Westchester on Thanksgiving morning, seriously injuring a woman, according to a News 12 report. The crash occurred at the intersection of Echo Avenue and Main Street in a New Rochelle. The injured woman was ejected from the taxi and suffered a series of fractures, but is expected to survive, according to lohud.com.
