Alarm System At Reservoir In Westchester To Be Tested: Here's Where, When Officials have announced when residents can expect to hear the sound of sirens near a reservoir in Westchester. The next quarterly test of the sitewide alarm system at Hillview Reservoir in Yonkers is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 6 at 10 a.m., according to Yonkers Councilman John Rubbo.  During the drill, the alarms will sound for around five minutes. A notification throughout the system that says "This is just a test" will be given just before the alarms sound, Rubbo said. The test is a regularly scheduled drill.
