A 33-year-old corrections officer was slapped with a felony charge after brandishing a handgun inside numerous Hudson Valley businesses following a dispute, police said. The arrest resulted from an incident in Putnam County on Wednesday, Sept. 27 around 9 p.m., when Carmel Police were alerted of a man brandishing a handgun near the Kobu Asian Bistro in Mahopac at 903 South Lake Blvd. (Route 6N). Authorities were able to successfully track down a man who allegedly pointed a gun at a victim during a road rage incident in Westchester, police said.
