Sticky's Finger Joint has opened at the Cross County Center in Yonkers, the shopping center announced on Thursday, Sept. 1. Alec Baldwin has pleaded guilty to harassing a Hudson Valley man after he was involved in an altercation over a parking lot in Manhattan.
