Results Are In: This Eatery Crowned 2018 DVlicious Best Pizza Champion Of the many great pizza places in Westchester County, only one was crowned DVlicious champion. Because of your votes, the winner of the 2018 DVlicious Pizza Contest is Johnny's in Mount Vernon with 32 percent of votes. Sal's in Mamaroneck took a close second with 28 percent of votes, and coming in third was Paradise Pizza in Verplanck. Johnny's has been in business since 1942 and is Zagat rated. The restaurant only sells pies -- no slices. Congratulations, Johnny's!
