28 Families Displaced After Three-Alarm Apartment Fire Breaks Out In Westchester A total of 28 families likely will need to be relocated following a three-alarm fire that broke out late Sunday afternoon at an apartment house in Westchester. One female resident was rescued by firefighters from a fourth-floor window and pulled to the fire escape at 637 Van Cortlandt Park Ave., said Yonkers Fire Department Deputy Chief of Personnel Daniel P.
