Mount Vernon To Retire Jersey Number Of Slain Teenage Basketball Star
Mount Vernon school and city officials have scheduled a special ceremony to retire the jersey number of former high school basketball star Shamoya McKenzie, who was fatally shot amid alleged gang activity on New Year’s Eve in 2016.
