Children Hospitalized After DWI Driver Crashes In Area
A 38-year-old man is facing a series of charges after receiving his second DWI conviction in 10 years following a state police investigation into a crash on I-84 in Putnam County while he had two children in the back seat not wearing seatbelts. New York State Police troopers launched an investigation into a motor vehicle crash on I-84 at approximately 7 p.m. on April 14 in Kent.
